Do not assume every attractive name in a seller's message is a collectible. Identify the exact asset and official record. The public spelling alone does not establish what is being offered or what would transfer.
Match the name to the destination
Decide whether the name represents a person, group, channel, or another supported destination. Describe what someone should expect after following the link. Keep the display title, image, description, and name consistent enough to identify the project.
For a team, decide whether administrative responsibility belongs to an individual or to the organization. Make the handoff expectations clear before the name becomes central to public invitations.
Separate acquisition from account control
A collectible name does not automatically include a channel's content, subscribers, administrative permissions, or related website. Document separate assets and responsibilities rather than treating them as an implied bundle.
